The construction has started!!

We have starting running the main conduits from the Christian Foundation School to Sunset, Meadowbrook and  Peel St.  It has been a little slower start due to the frost in the ground, (come on mother nature help us out) but we did make good progress this week.
The main distribution cabinet will be installed this week and more conduits will be installed underground. 
Regarding Phase 2 which is all of Winterbourne North of Peel on Katherine St. This phase will be installed on hydro poles. We are working closely with Waterloo North Hydro on all requirements.  Engineering and Pole attachment approvals should be in place by the 2nd week of May.  It is our objective that Phase 2 will start immediately following Phase 1's completion.
